Mimesis Innovation Program Terms & Conditions
By applying to and participating in the Mimesis Innovation Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Free Service Period: Selected applicants will receive 12 months of design, development, hosting, and maintenance services completely free of charge.
- Service Transition: Upon the conclusion of the 12-month free period, the service will transition to a standard paid monthly or annual subscription plan. You will be notified in advance of this transition.
- Market Research & Data Usage: You agree that Mimesis Studios Ltd may monitor and use your business performance data specifically related to the product we deliver (e.g., user growth, transaction volume, engagement metrics) for market research purposes. This data helps us validate the effectiveness of our solutions for small businesses.
- Product Rights & Repurposing: Mimesis Studios Ltd retains the intellectual property rights to the underlying code, design systems, and architecture of the developed product. We reserve the right to use the developed product as a base or to white-label and repurpose the solution for other businesses. Your specific business data and branding will remain confidential and will not be shared.
